Returns Policy
We are happy to refund any items within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) should be in their original packaging, sealed and in the same condition they were sent out.
Wholesale volume orders does not accept returns, except in the case of defects or damage. Should this occur, please refuse damaged units on delivery and contact customer service for assistance.
How To Return
Email customerservices@slambuys.co.uk with your order number, and reason for returning. We will then email you a returns Label with instructions on how to make the return.
We aim to process your return as quickly as we receive it, however during busy periods it may take up to 5 working days.
A postage charge of £4.99 will be deducted off your refund if you choose to return with our partners through us.
We can only process a Return if the value of the return exceeds the £5.99 postage charge.
You may also return through a different party if you wish to do so. Please retain proof of delivery.
We will always refund your postage costs if you are returning an item that is either deemed to be faulty, damaged, or if we have mistakenly sent in error.
Cancellation Policy
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund including any delivery charges. To cancel orders, email customerservices@slambuys.co.uk with an email header reading CANCEL followed with your order number.
Unfortunately, We are unable to cancel any orders once the Package has have left us.
